 In the last K-Talk I discussed the impending release of the new CV’s for Auckland. They are now available on line if you have not received yours in the mail by now. At Kellands we have been interested to see the changes that have occurred and in some cases we are a little perplexed. In a number of cases we have observed that little or no consideration has been applied to sales data on properties that have sold in the past couple of years. While the valuers have used a mass valuation system to assess value, we would have thought that a recent sale price for a property would have had some bearing on the new CV.
