Ross originally joined Kellands in 1999 after 15 years of running his own importing and textile business. His area of expertise at Kellands was to partner with key clients to develop, create and sell down a number of large-scale developments both in the Auckland CBD and in premium coastal locations. He also successfully sold and auctioned numerous exclusive residential homes. Ross’s passion for property has also encompassed ownership of a Harcourts franchised agency in Orakei for four years, which he subsequently sold. He has also worked for Sotheby’s International Realty in their Queenstown office marketing exclusive, high-end real estate to and for, clients all over the world. During this period Ross also developed a number of lifestyle properties in the Queenstown Lakes District through his own separate development companies.Ross is an experienced and consummate professional with a good understanding of the property market from both a sales, marketing & development perspective. Ross has an intuitive understanding of where potential purchasers see the value in a property and is able to help them visualise and achieve their dream.
